Has anybody tried locally moderating this group? That is, at a given site, people would post their questions about news to this newsgroup, but the questions would actually get emailed to a local news-guru on that site instead of spread out to the entire Net. (Rn uses this method on a netwide scale for "posting" to moderated groups.) The news-guru could then answer the question then and there, or, if the question was particularly new or interesting, pass it on to the rest of the Net. Does this method sound appealing to anyone? Has anyone tried it yet? If so, how has it worked out?
