From the 'rn' manpage:

	[ options at the 'What next? [npq]' prompt ]

     f       Submit a followup article.  If on a nonexistent
             article such as the "End of newsgroup" pseudo-
             article (which you can get to with a '$' command),
             posts an original article (basenote).
