I would appreciate some assistance in the use of elm [2.3 PL6] into two applications. 1) I would like to provide our users with a way to report troubles via e-mail. Using the "elm forms" capability, a form could be created where the user fills in the blanks and mails the report. I can only make forms work when used in a reply, and it is kind of impractical to e-mail the form to some one which they then fill in via 'r'eply. How can I tell elm to use the form when the user is originating (not replying) the mail. The form could then be built in a "trouble report" script, and then put the user in elm for fill in and mailing. 2) Is there a good integration of elm with rn to be used in the replies to news postings? Looking at Rnmail and recmail, it appears to be fairly tightly integrated. What I am really looking for is a way to keep news replies in the same folders in $HOME/Mail/reply_name just as with my other mail.
