I noticed in the August 20th NY Times Book Review, a review of
The Electronic Media and the Transformation of Law
by M. Ethan Katsh (Oxford Univ. Pr)
in which the reviewer said,
In an increasingly computerized world, information will be
impossible to ``own'' in the same way as was possible with
print media. In one of the most fascinating chapters of the
book, Mr. Katsh examines the import that his inability to
hoard will have on areas of law like freedom of speech,
obscenity, and copyright.
This sounds interesting and relevant to FSF/GNU issues.
Does anyone know any more about this book or its arguments?
