I haven't read it, I just get a photostat of the table of contents. The December, 1989, issue of Computer (published by the IEE Computer Society) has an letter (I guess?) in their Open Channel section: user-interface copyrights kill competition -- Please send comp.sources.unix-related mail to rsalz@uunet.uu.net. Use a domain-based address or give alternate paths, or you may lose out.
