We just had an order for GNU EMACS manuals returned with "no forwarding address" from 675 Mass Ave, Cambridge, MA 02139, and Purchasing says no one answers the phone. Is the FSF on vacation, or is Purchasing/USPS out to lunch? - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - O John Lees, Manager of Systems A. H. We just had an order for GNU EMACS manuals returned with "no forwarding address" from 675 Mass Ave, Cambridge, MA 02139, I just came from 675 Mass Ave. We are there. We have not moved. We get huge quantities of mail every day. (Also, UPS and FedExp deliveries.) There must have been some mistake at the post office. Please complain to them. When you call, you may get the answering machine. Opus is the only full time person there and she has to go to the Post Office and such. Just leave a message. Robert J. In your address to the FSF: 675 Mass Ave, Cambridge, MA 02139 should be 675 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge, MA 02139 The post office there must be pretty picky, because this happened to me, too. ====================================================================== Scott Raney No other person or organization raney@gabor.colorado.edu can be held responsible for my (303)492-7709 or (303)499-9855 opinions or actions
