[fa.info-vax] Set term/no_bell

Equipment:  VT240 connected to a DZ-11 on a VAX 780 @ VMS V4.1

Problem:
An application program we run (similar to mail) has the feature 
of beeping every time you hit return to scroll to the next page 
of a message you are reading.  Is there a way of stopping the 
ring-bell character from reaching a terminal??  i.e 

  set term/no_ring_bell ??  

Another way might be to send an escape sequence down to my VT240 
to set it in "no warning bell" mode but I don't think that's possible 
since I didn't see it mentioned in the VT240 manual.  Manually setting 
the terminal to "no warning bell" every time is not practical.
