[news.software.anu-news] further elimination of logicals with more SET PROFILE switches

Here are a few more items to go on the wish list.

To eliminate the need for the user to define logicals
prior to NEWS program execution, would it be possible to
include the following in the SET PROFILE list

1) a NEWS_EDIT as well as a NEWS_VIEW switch, rather than just EDIT
   which determines both,

2) a NEWS_INI switch,

3) a NEWS_ORGANIZATION switch,

4) a MAIL_SIGNATURE switch,

and move SET DISPLAY/SCANSIZE to a SET PROFILE/SCANSIZE.
