I am currently 'integrating' my daily VPA reports within NEWS,and when 'scanning' through a performance report I got the following wrong behaviour : 1) Use news command 'bottom' to view end of article 2) Start scrolling back within the article using 'prev screen' key on keyboard. After 29 times having pressed 'prev screen' news suddenly and erroneously reports 'Top of display' while not being at all near the beginning of the article. The accompanying line/percentage message states : "... 3982/4464 lines (86%)" (Note that when viewing the article initially being at real Top of display this info equals :"...16/ 4451 lines (0%)") News really thinks he's at Top of display since using the up arrow or any other 'Up going command' results in a flashing 'Top of Display' line... Note in this case the noted 'article' is over 4000 lines long. I am on V5.8A and VMS V5.1-1, Marc Elsen (System Manager/Software Engineer) Katholieke Universiteit Leuven Dep. E.S.A.T. Kard.
