Hello, all
We're running ANU-NEWS V5.9c on three VAX/VMS systems. Our newsfeed comes from
a VAX/Ultrix via DECnet mail. I'd like to set a number of newsgroups served on
the VAX/Ultrix and switch our newsfeed from mail to NNTP. What need to be done
to achieve this? The manual is not clear to me on this point.
1. Do I have to create the news_manager:NNTP_DECNET.DIR?
2. Do I have to change the entry in the NEWS.SYS file for the
Ultrix-node? And for the local node?
3. What mechanism ensures the delivery of the headers of
newsitems instead of the whole items?
