In v 5.9c:
I posted this about a month ago and saw no responses, so I assume it
never got out, apologies if you're seeing it twice.
1) If a new group is created and your profile is set to rc-order
(might also need automatic registering) then any new group appears
to have the same name as the last item in the previous newsrc. file.
The new group is inaccessible - I ended up with 15 (apparent) copies of
the last group in newsrc. in my <all> display!
In order to sort things out I had to
edit the newsrc. file removing the duplicate groups and the rc-order
and re-enter news.
2) I can't replicate this bug in a controlled fashion, but somtimes when
cancelling an article, the last two lines of the newsgroup display appears
at the foot of the newsitem screen (doesn't go away with a crtl-w).
3) We don't have much disk space and all groups are set to be `/nokeeprequest'.
However, whenever I do a `set newsgroup <name>/qualifier', the group gets set
back to keeprequest. Is this the intended behaviour?
I get round it by always doing `set newsgroup <name>/qualifier/nokeep' but it
does get a little tiresome.
