The following is not strictly a *sources* posting, but the subject came
up in alt.sources (and it can't be much worse than the current "rename
alt.sources to alt.comp.source-only.code.for.morons.and.stuff" arguments...)
Anyway, at least two people are looking for a MSDos `tar' program. I have
one such; I am willing to mail (uuencoded and arc'd or zipped or ?) the
*executeable* to people. I have the source but am not willing to mail
it because, even archived, it's a bit large. (Source for some pd tar
programn or other *is* available via anon ftp from uunet.uu.net, I think
in comp.sources.unix/volume7/pdtar or similar).
