[alt.sources.d] Public-domain DVI to PostScript translator wanted.

I'm looking for the source code for a public-domain DVI (output from
the TeX typesetting language processor) to PostScript translator.  If
someone knows where such a thing can be obtained, could that person
please send me e-mail, or post a reply on alt.sources.d.
