Does anyone have a makefile to compile and link elvis using turboc. What and where is fgetlr?

I believe you can just delete the reference to it from the .prj file. Apparently, the "old" termcap stuff called it, and you should replace all of the lines of the form "termcap/fgetlr" with one line: "tinytcap".
