[rec.music.gaffa] The Kick Inside & Moving

To complete my collection of the 5 KT albums on CD, I have
only to buy _TKI_. All the record stores around here have the
"Tammy Wynette" version (a.k.a. Treasury Series) -- I could
probably pick it up for $12-$16 (CDN).

But I really don't like the cover of that CD, and based on my
experiences with _The Dreaming_, it's likely missing the lyrics
and liner notes.

On a weekend excursion out of town I stumbled into a record store
with lots of obscure records and CDs, and lo and behold they had
the UK import version of _TKI_ -- for $30! (about $25 US). Before
I splurge, would someone tell me if this is a complete rip-off?

In the vinyl dept. of the same store was a 2-record set called
(I believe) _Moving_ which seemed to be a live album. I've never
seen or heard of this before. Think it was on red vinyl. This
was $60! Can anyone tell me what this is?

30 bucks??? OUCH! Granted, when I've gone CD shopping on occasional trips
to Canada, I thought their prices were high, even taking into account the
U.S./Canadian exchange rate. But I payed less than half that price (in U.S.
funds) for my own import copy of _TKI_! This was from a store here in
Rochester (New York) whose prices tend to run a couple bucks more than the
general going price for CDs (but they have a great selection of alot of new
music that you can't really find anywhere else in town). It took them
awhile to get me a copy, but they finally came through.
So don't pay the big bucks for it!
