     Tuttle is not "just a guy," he is a Free Man and Free Thinker, living an
Examined life.  That makes him a very unique individual during the time
in which 'Brazil' is set.  Tuttle is a revolutionary working to overthrow
the bureacracy that has poisoned society and plunged it into mediocrity and
stagnation.  And Tuttle, above all, has Common Sense.
     Who says Superheros need "superpowers"?  Batman and Robin don't have
superpowers.
