Lee, this probably won't help you unless you've got some fancy multi-standard
video equipment, but for KaTefans in PAL countries there is the following:

    Polygram 080 5041      The Whole Story
           12 inch CDV, CLV with digital audio, PAL 625-line format

It includes all the tracks from the audio disks plus The Big Sky, and it's
WONDERFUL!!!

There used to be other PAL-format KaTe laserdisks, including Live at the
Hammersmith Odeon and one or two others, but they have long since been
deleted.
