I think you have to be on the inside to know *exactly* what either of these channels, or a commercial music radio station, will be playing at any given time. Think about it. If you knew exactly when Kate videos would be played a week, say, in advance, you could watch only at those times. This is not what the channels want you to do. They want you to stay glued to the TV set (or radio), hoping that the next song is the one you like. Then you have to watch the commercials, which from their point of view is the whole point. Of course, the stations will give you teasers to keep you interested, but they'll never tell you exactly when a video will be played unless it's the next one. Of course, if you meant whether we can find out in advance when MTV's shows, like "120 Minutes", "Yo MTV Raps", or VH-1's artist specials are on, that's not hard. Don't know about that, but I always find they play some of the best stuff after midnight (pacific time, anyway). I think that's when I've seen the two Kate videos, although sometimes they sneak into the daytime lineup.
