Sometime ago, I asked for references to remote Ethernet repeaters. I only found two manufacturers. DEC DEREP-RA $4400 Codnell Tech Co CodeNet 35 $4025 1086 N Broadway Yonkers, NY 10701 (914) 965-6300 Dec also sells cable suitable for inside installation. I'd look around a bit though as it doesn't seem suitable for outside aerial or buried applications (at least in Wisconsin). Its also very expensive compared to other vendors (it might be because this cable can be installed in air ducts).
