Hello,
I was looking at the "Hounds of Love" liner notes yesterday and
noticed that "Werner Herzog" was listed among the "thank you"s.
Does anyone know why Kate listed him and whether or not she is a
fan of his films?

PS I am assuming that it doesn't refer to Werner Herzog the pro skier :-)

I believe the attribution to Werner Herzog is for the singing (Sorry, I
don't know the technical style) that makes _Hello Earth_ so distinctive -
the male voice parts are apparently from, or closely modelled on, part of
the soundtrack of _Nosferatu_, a Herzog film (Starred Klaus Kinski)
