Welcome to our new moderater. A suggestion, if I may. I think it
would be a good idea to post a welcome message for newer users (like myself).
It might include the following subjects - What exactly Love-Hounds is and the
various ways of accessing it. How far the nework reaches. The role of the
moderator. What is in the archives, and how to access the archives, including
simple instructions for those of us who don't know much about UNIX.
Some of these things may seem obvious, but I don't know alot of them
and I am a fairly experienced user of computers (Just how is it I can talk to
Finland and not pay anything??),and, judging from the messages I read, there
are a lot of people in the same boat. I some people who don't even know much
about computers but are trying to get access to Love-Hounds cause they like
Kate.
Of course if you have already left a message like this, and I missed
it then you might want to include suggestions on where some of of can get
better access than just the last couple of messages :-) !
