[rec.music.gaffa] KaTe is banned.

I kid you not. KaTe has been banned here in the UK. Or to be more
specific Army Dreamers has been placed on the official list of
songs/films which are considered inappropriate for public broadcasting.
Breathing isn't on the list but how's this for silliness? They've
included Phil Collins' "In The Air Tonight". Well I don't know about you
but whenever I listen to that song I'm always terrified I'm going to get
hit by an Al-Hussein ;-)

Hmmm.... I think I may have the dubious distinction of being the first
person to make a reference to the gulf war on gaffa. Sorry.

WoW! I just played Army Dreamers last night on my radio show along with
Gun Shy by 10000 Maniacs....Im not in the U.K. but this is quite incredible
news, and almost hard to believe!!! No one called in to complain - not
that anyone listens anyway :)
What is the world coming to - complete chaos when Kate is banned from the
radio....*sigh*

This is pretty ironic considering that the last Homeground wonders of

Did everyone miss the fact that the "nightmare" in my last post is
actually a description of an honest to goodness KT appearance? I'm
dissapointed!
