I've seen the Hammersmith video at least four times, so I'm not really asking what she sang in concert. My question is: how much footage was edited from the concert, and are the songs on the video in tha actual order of the performance. Are there any outtakes other than time for set and costume changes? And: does anyone know what she was ON?

The video release was heavily edited because the actual show was 2-2 1/2 hrs long, in three "acts". With only TKI and LH I don't know how she filled up the time - old KT Bush Band covers? :) I also don't know what the ordering of the songs was.
