graham@UG.CS.DAL.CA (Michael Graham) (04/12/91)
I was reading some postings from a year or so ago and I noticed that IED commented on TWS (book). He said that it was the best he had ever read - either that or he said that it was an excellent bookithth only a few small errors. I have been waiting for this book to arrive since January (AARRRGGG!)! In the meantime I asked for people's comments on it. IED said that it was terrible - not worth $2. For one thing, Andy Marvick wrote a review of this book for Homeground back in 1989 in which he tore it apart. For another, I read love-hounds pretty carefully and I never saw him say anything like this. Maybe it was a typo. Could you e-mail me the entire posting? I think he was probably referring to another book. Ed ed@das.llnl.gov

IED did in fact say that about the book TWS. I know that he changed his mind not long afterwards. So now I'm curious as well. IED, could you explain this? Ed ed@das.llnl.gov
