postage to australia: $5.00 to netherlands: $4.00 (and probably much of europe) happy mistakenly put a domestic airmail stamp on a netherlands package so she sent another one. so you'll probably get two, whoever you are. please spread them around to fellow netherlanders. the revelation refers to a guy named mikey who was always optimistic "i know life mikey".... happy is saying he is too optimistic about things. oh there's lots of other lyric corrections... i was actually right on a lot of them, jeff (ha ha) but so were you. it's really amazing how when you change 2 consonants: "you'll fall from the stars" is wrong!
