Happy has a new angel (in addition to Vickie) in the person of dj Chris Douredias of KCRW in Santa Monica. He sent Warpaint to KTWV in LA-- supposedly a top "new adult contemporary" station (can anyone confirm this?)-- who are now giving it regular airplay. Vickie sends thanks for station suggestions, and reports these now have copies for sure: WEFT Champaign KGSR Austin WORT Madison Coming soon: KFJC (Bay area) KUT Austin

KTWV ("The Wave") plays mostly New Age and Jazz type stuff. If they're playing Happy, you should try KKSF in San Francisco, which has a similar format. Ed ed@das.llnl.gov

in Houston, try sending to the local college radio station: KTRU. i'm not sure if they are right for it, but if you're sending to KFJC, then i'd give it a go. -- Yes. Beautiful, wonderful nature. Hear it sing to us: *snap* Yes. natURE.
