[rec.music.gaffa] Need orders for stuff for Katemas parties.

ed@das.llnl.GOV (Edward J. Suranyi) (06/06/91)

In Jeff Medkeff's letter, he said he can get stuff like posters from
Sony for Katemas parties (NOT for individuals for your living room walls!)

So if you are the host of a Katemas party, and want things like TSW
posters and flats, or other things, please send me your snail mail
address and an approximate list of what you want. I'll get the info
to Jeff.

He says there's an off chance somebody from Sony's regional offices
may want to stop by some of the parties. So if you'd like this to
happen at YOUR party, you must give me your address.

What's the word on a southern california party. I wouldn't want to offer
to host with Andy is planning one in LA again (you are in LA aren't you?)
but with the offer of these posters, my large home, the laserdisk player,
Three of the five unatainable laserdisk in my possession - I'd be a fool
to pass it up - Everyone knows I'm already crazy!

I've offered to host one at my house in San Diego (University City) but have
gotten very few messages from people saying they might show up. Only two, in
fact. I don't have tons of posters, rare Laserdisks, or that sort of thing,
just a bunch of records (one bootleg) and a couple of videotapes. We do, I
think, have one person coming who has more of the really neat stuff,
including some sort of software thingamajig (Ron, you want to comment about
that?), but mostly, I need to hear from people. If you plan to attend, or
even just think you might, let me know, please.
