[comp.unix.cray] Cray Floating Point XDR

I am looking for RPC/XDR routines that convert to/from Cray
representation for floating point and double precision types.
Actual code (if it is not proprietary) would be great; alternatively
any pointers, or even references to format descriptions would be
welcome.

I would very much appreciate any leads.
