[comp.protocols.iso.dev-environ] Is there a DSA for c=CA subtree?

I'm trying the procedure on page 40 of the ISODE User's Guide Vol 5.
After connecting to "giant tortoise" , the following occurs:
                                
Welcome to Dish (DIrectory SHell)
Dish -> showentry @c=ca -type masterDSA
masterDSA             - commonName=Wayne Gretzky
Dish -> showentry "@cn=Wayne Gretzky" -type manager
manager               - countryName=CA @ commonName=Manager
Dish -> moveto @c=ca@cn=Manager                     
Read failure ...                          
*** Can't contact DSA "commonName=Wayne Gretzky" ***
    ('0101'H/Internet=128.100.102.3+17007)
 
Is this DSA not available yet, or am I doing something wrong?

The only thing you have done wrong is to send your message to the wrong
address.  Questions on the Directory, etc., are supposed to go to the
quipu-support@cs.ucl.ac.uk mailbox.

The answer to your question is that the master DSA for c=CA is currently
down due to a software upgrade.  I have not been in touch with the DSA
manager this week, but I will call him tomorrow.
