ISODE-6.0 FTAM provides a function FAccessRequest() which enables the
user to specify a FADU by (among other things) its name.
I would be very grateful if some kind soul would point me at the part of
the source where this information is actually used - i.e. the mapping of
FADU name to chunk of file. Is it perhaps the case that, FADU names
being of limited relevance to the existing (unstructured) document types,
the code I want is not there?
I am involved in a project which may require the enhancement of ISODE to
support the FTAM-7 document type (two levels depth hierarchical with unique
names - for binary-encoded CGMs). Any comments on feasibility, amount of
work involved, pitfalls to avoid, etc would be most welcome (I suggest by
mail as this must be of limited appeal to the list!).
