Greetings... I'm not sure if this should be considered a bug: I have a environment variable, say $ULB, which stands for /usr/local/bin I can then use it in commands like $ ls -lga $ULG/make However if I $ ls -lga $ULG/ma<TAB> completion will not work. Considering that the command gets interpreted properly I believe that completion should work. In fact I modified the source for tcsh to do just that. I will probably modify the source for bash to do the same thing. However I think that it would be worthwhile to add this to the 'official' releases of bash. Any thoughts on this?
