[net.lan] DEUNA 4.2 driver

Thanks to all who responded to my request for information about the
DEC DEUNA Ethernet controller. Since about half the responses were
requests to forward information, I'm posting what I found here.  There
is indeed a 4.2BSD driver for the DEUNA writen by Lou Salkind of NYU.
I now have a copy of it and am willing to forward it to those who need
it.

Other comments.  The DEC DEUNA module is reported to be a big power consumer.
Also this driver may be included in the as yet unreleased 4.3BSD.
