[gnu.bash.bug] C-d causes seg fault in bash-1.02

mlm@CS.BROWN.EDU (08/01/89)

	I'm just compiled bash 1.02 using both "cc" and
	"gcc -traditional" on a SPARCstation 1 running SunOS 4.0.3c.
	In both cases, typing C-d to bash at the beginning of a line
	causes a core dump, regardless of the setting of the variable
	"ignoreeof".

	I ran bash inside gdb, and it seems to seg fault inside
	"yy_readline_get()", attempting to call "strlen()".
