[gnu.bash.bug] backgrounding builtins dumps core

This bug manifests itself on a Sun 3 running SunOS v4.0.3_EXPORT 
and on a Decstation 3100 running Ultrix v3.0.

When backgrounding a builtin, bash fails in describe_pid().

baaleyg 11>bash
baaleyg 11>>echo $BASH_VERSION
1.04.7
baaleyg 12>>(echo foobar &)
<619>
foobar
baaleyg 13>>echo foobar&
describe_pid: No such pid (620)!

Tell anders@ifi.uio.no to fix this someday.
