[gnu.bash.bug] type doesn't return 0 when successful

Bash version 1.04 on Sun-3, SunOS 3.5.
The builtin type and umask do not return '0' when command succeeds.
The appropriate functions in the source do not have 'return' statement
at the end. There might be some other builtins with the same problem.
