On how to talk about Jews intelligently without condemning Jews of all eras:
Not so much a dilemma. I offer an analogy. Many Jews hid in the homes of
Germans for fear of the Germans. Many early Jewish Christians hid in the homes
of Jews for fear of the Jews. OFM is right; "the establishment" is a good
rendition.
