john, your citing of reasons why we're "attracted" to Christ may or may not be true. however, since Jesus Himself claimed that "I and the Father are one" (equating Himself with Divinity, for which the Pharisees began plotting to kill Him), and also claimed "*I* am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
