There is no Eastern Rite seminary attached to the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.  There is however an Ukranian Rite seminary not 
far from CU.  There are also several Eastern Rite bishops who are on the university's Board of Regents.  And there is also an Ruthinian Rite Chapel in the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, which is basically on CU's campus.
