[soc.religion.christian] Alternative fish symbols

kilroy@gboro.glassboro.edu (Dr Nancy's Sweetie) (02/16/91)

A few weeks ago, somebody suggested using <>< to represent a fish
symbol, which could be used in Christian postings. (Presumably, were
one left-handed, one could use ><>.)

Anyway, Nancy & I have given this some thought and we've come up with
some alternate fish symbols to allow for a bit more expression.

 o o o o
()o()	Plain fish ()#()	fish with braces

 o - -0-0-
()o()	Winking fish ()o()	fish with glasses

 0 o o 0
()o()	fish with monocle	()p()	Bill the Catfish

 o o	fish who ate peanut o o
()=()	butter ()O()	fish in choir practice

 o o ^ ^
()Q()	smoking (for shame!)	()o()	fish sleeping (through sermon?)

oo o o	fish whose grandma
()o()	cross eyed fish ()o(}	pinched his cheek

There are probably more, but Our Beleaguered Moderator probably won't
pass this anyway . . .
