The New Testament is clear on these matters. Jesus is clear on these matters. All joy comes from the relationship with God, not through sabbaths, etc. which can't add to that joy. It distresses ME when people say "You MUST keep THE sabbath or you aren't really following God" (as all of my SDA accquaintances have done) - it's not scriptural. (Read Romans 14 or Collosians 2 to see what Paul thinks of enforced sabbath keeping ! use a concordance for parallel verses - there are lots of them) Jim.
