I found it hard to except that God would send a infant to hell. Human
reasoning of coarse. The doctrine should be Origin of Sin not Original Sin,
because the origin of sin has corrupted all of Creation.
Romans 8:20 "For creation was subjected to frustration, NOT BY ITS OWN CHIOCE,
but by the will of the one who sobjected it,..."(NIV)
Weather I want to except it or not we as infants are part of that decaying
process. The one who subject it is Satan when Adam and Eve submitted to his
deceiving sceme. Satan gained control of the whole creation including infants.
1 John 5:19 "We know that we are children of God, AND THAT THE WHOLE WORLD IS
UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE EVIL ONE."(NIV)
Satan as I see it has control over everything in this world. Who would you
want to follow the one who can not keep things from decay or the One who saw
not decay. Anyway let me go on, I was taught that until you reached an age of
accountablity that your sins would not be counted against you. Jeremiah had a
different teaching about this:
Jeremiah 31:19 "After I strayed, I repented; AFTER I CAME TO UNDERSTAND, I BEAT
MY BREAST. I WAS ASHAMED AND HUMILIATED BECAUSE I BORE THE DISGRACE OF MY
YOUTH." (NIV)
What about David when he writes:
Psalm 51:5 "Surely I was SINFUL AT BIRTH, SINFULFROM THE TIME MY MOTHER
CONCEIVED ME."
Sinful how I asked in prayer. Surely man is created in God's image but the
bible reveals that after the dirty deeds of Adam and Eve we are all borned in
the likeness of the fallen or spiritly seperated from God.
Gen 5:3 "When Adam had lived 130 years, he had a son IN HIS OWN LIKENESS, IN
HIS IMAGE; and he named him Seth." (NIV)
The teaching I continued to get from man made religions was that an infant is
saved or at least going to heaven because he is unaware of his sin. Well God
is just just like our earthly laws if I am unaware that I am breaking the law I
still have to pay the price. Lev 5:17
I have more to say on this later this is just part 1. I hope this get people
to thinking.
In His Love,
Joel
Proverbs 27:17 "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another."
