Jesus said fin John 4 that God is a spirit. We know that Jesus has a body, but other than that, we are told that God is a spirit, not that he has one. Link Hudson.

This is the is and is not logic of God. After all a much smarter man than me said there is a higher power in the universe but he is unkowlable. IF we look at this aspect of God his logic structure is unknowable. For him is an is not is not a contradiction. For us it is but agian he is infinite and we are fininte. God existed in a body as Jesus he exists in a spirit as no body. He is and he is not. Who shall I say sent me? "tell them I am sent you" Who is "I am"? God of course. What kind of name is I am? Its not a name but a declaration. HE is past future and present all at the same time. God's time is unknowable ours is measured by relative motion. So why should we even try to understand God's logic? I guess we marvel at his ability. linc james
