Recently the German born evangelist Reinhard Bonnke has held a "crusade" in African country of Togo. The following is an excerpt from his month letter Revival Report. His organization is called Christ For All Nations (CFaN). To people interested in the way the gospel is spread these days, it is facinating reading. The article: TOGOS PRESIDENT'S ECSTATIC RECITAL OF HEALINGS. ------------------------------------------------ NEARLY ONE MILLION HEAR THE GOSPEL. --------------------------------- Fragments from Revival Report B/91E: "The news media did not fail to discern the spiritual significance when the BLIND SAW, THE LAME LEAPT, AND DEAF MUTES- many deaf and dumb from BIRTH - were restored. ---- "I would say this has been a crusade of crusades" commented Evangelist Bonnke. "I lack the superlative language to describe what has happened. It seems to me that the Gospel exploded like a bomb of blessing in the seat of government, in the house, in the house of the president, in the churches and over the entire nation. I am awed by the power of Jesus Christ." The president himself was so ecstatic over the meetings that he personally invited the CfaN team to return, to preach and pray for the sick in the northern portion of Togo, next year. "During our time with President Eyade'ma, he must have spent half an hour just telling us about all the healings that happened to his personal aides, relatives an friends of cabinet ministers" commented Peter Vandeberg. It was the talk of the town that a blind aunt of president Eyade'ma regained her sight at one of the meetings. One of the most outstanding miracles was the case of a blind peasant woman who received her sight, even though on of her eyeballs apperared to be missing. Her other eye seemed to be lightly shut as well. Nevertheless, with great agility, she rejoiced and danced around the platform, not once losing her balance and easily responding to sight tests, to the amazement of all. The Saviour demonstrated his willingness to embrace all people, by reaching out and touching a number o Muslims. One such daughter brought her crippled Muslim mum, who had not been able to stand up in 26 years. After healing, they both testified that Jesus is the Son of God. President Eyade'ma has requested all of CfaN's videos of the meetings to be broadcast on Togo's national television network! The videos tapes are graphic. SATAN'S KINGDOM IS SHOWN TO SUFFER A TERRIBLE LOSS IN TOGO.
