[ut.software.x-windows] X11_bug

philip@me.utoronto.ca (Philip Cheng AWN) (01/11/90)

I posted an article about the X.V11R4 bugs couple days ago regarding
the failure of the software to create xdm directory during 'make install'.
I sent the report to bugs@expo.lcs.mit.edu and I got the two following
replies back:

Hope it will help those people who try to install X.V11R4. I got it working
on a SUN SPARCstation 1 and a VAXstation II/GPX without any problem.
