Hi. I'm looking for some link libraries (standard DOS) to use for extended graphics support. The things that I'd like to get: -SVGA, XGA, 8514 -graphics card type detection routine(s) -graphics card init routines -drawing primitives -bitmap manipulation (blit, etc) -PD if possible, or single time fee (ie, no royalties) -source code if it is PD -... If you have any recommendations, PD or commercial, please let me know. Microsoft C (compiler being used) doesn't support anything beyond VGA (640x480) that I know of. Thanks, Ralph Ralph Seguin gilgalad@caen.engin.umich.edu 536 South Forest Apt. #915 gilgalad@zip.eecs.umich.edu Ann Arbor, MI 48104 (313) 662-4805

If you can get a hold of a Turbo (C/Pascal), Borland has super VGA drivers and a font editor. I got them from wuarchive.wustl.edu in \systems \ibmpc\msdos\(in either BGI or BORLAND, I can't remember). Good luck! Vince vahamri@eos.ncsu.edu
