Bit of trivia here. I recently received a copy of issue 6 of the now (unfortunately) defunct humour digest 'NutWorks'. It contains an article on a computer virus - a real organic virus that (supposedly) attacked the latest development in computer memory, BRAM, Bacterial Reproducible Active Memory. The article was written in 1984.
