I like the fact that the IBM virus scanning program reads its strings from an ASCII file provides the capability for updating this program for new viruses. (I still like McAfee's SCAN program too, and would recommend that a user have BOTH, just to be safe.) My question, are there any plans to add updated virus scan strings to the IBM virus scan data file and have this string file available on one of the anti-virus servers?
