As of one year ago, I heard lots of radio & TV commercials in the San Francisco Bay area for Isuzu's. The advertizing angle was how hard the name was to pronounce. The misguided attempts to pronounce the name were quite amusing: Isupu ... (several more wrong attempts) then the Japanese car salesman says "Don't feel bad, kid, I can't say Chevoray!" The other commercial was for Isuzu of Berkeley, with attempts such as Ipuzu of Berkeley Isupu of Berkeley Isuzu of Broccoli Anyway, they appeared to be test marketing in California, not as Opel's or Buicks or anything but Isuzus. Since I came to the midwest, I haven't noticed any ads for them, so I don't know how well it's coming. Mark
