I have recently downloaded a program that heals/removes this virus.
It is available from:
                      WSMR-SIMTEL20.ARMY.MIL
           directory: PD1:<MSDOS.TROJAN-PRO>
                file: M-JRUSLM.ARC

Use anonymous FTP to gain access to the server.
