Hello,
I reported the following incident but forgot the screen message which
is as follows -- read on for more detail. Thanks again for any
assistance.

But the first sentence ('on jo assennettu') caught my attention because ... it's Finnish ! It also includes a misspelling ('assennettu' should be 'asennettu'), so if you copied it correctly it's hardly written by a Finn. The meaning is English would be "is already installed".
